Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why do I need to register with this site?

Raindance Cosmetics requires users who wish to purchase from our site to register an account.  This is important for two reasons:
- It eliminates the potential for spam (bogus) order placement
- It enables us to efficiently process your orders quickly

2. How do I register or login to this website?

Click on the Log In menu item to register.  Follow the steps to create your account.  Choose a user name and password that will be easy for you to remember.

Once an account has been created, you will receive an email with an activation link.  Accounts must be activated to complete registration.

If you do not receive the email, first check your spam/junk mail folders to ensure it wasn't directed there.

3. How do I pay for my order?

Once you have completed your shopping cart order, you will be taken to a payment page.  You may then use your Visa or Mastercard to pay for your purchase.

6. How can I obtain complete ingredients lists for products you sell?

Whenever you have a question about a product, please click on the picture of it for more information.  This will take you to a page with complete information for each product.  If you have any further enquiries about any product, feel free to send us an e-mail by clicking on the "Ask a question about this product"  button located on each product page.
