This eye liner gets its beautiful, rich color from micronized black tea leaves which are packed full of anti-aging antioxidants. This all natural formula is free of synthetic chemicals, artificial fragrances and chemical preservatives and is packed full of nourishing nutrients.

Apply with a thin or angled brush.  For a thin line, use only the tip of the brush and very little pressure; for a thicker line, apply more pressure to the brush. Allow liner to dry completely before fully opening the eye

To achieve more of a "liquid liner effect" you can take your angled brush and dip it in warm water, then apply it over the pot. Think of it like a watercolor. This is to give you full control on how you would like to use it. Whether you like a full liquid look, or use it slightly drier for more of a smokey eye look.
